Refund Policy for Funded Account Challenges
Refund after passing the challenge
If you successfully pass all phases of a Funded Account Challenge, are offered a FunderPro Funded Account, and claim at least one reward, you’ll receive a full refund of your initial challenge fee.
The refund will be issued within 7 days of your first withdrawal.
To request a withdrawal, you must reach a minimum profit of 1% of your starting balance (e.g. $1,000 on a $100,000 account).
This refund only applies after becoming a Funded Trader and claiming your first reward.
Partial refunds after upgrading
If you upgrade from a smaller account to a larger one, only the additional amount paid for the upgrade is refundable. The original payment for the smaller account is not eligible for a refund.
No refunds after a failed challenge
If you fail the challenge at any stage, no refund will be provided.
Refunds for mistaken purchases
If you purchased a Funded Account Challenge by mistake and have not placed any trades, you are eligible for a full refund if you request it within 14 days of the purchase date.
Refunds under this condition are only issued if no trades were made.
To request the refund, contact support through the “Submit a Ticket” function and include your account and purchase details.
Refund not received?
If you’re eligible for a refund and haven’t received it within 7 days, reach out to the support team via the ticket system so they can assist.
