Refund Policy for Funded Account Challenges
Credit after passing the challenge
If you successfully pass all phases of a Classic or One-Phase Funded Account Challenge, are offered a FunderPro Funded Account, and claim at least one reward, your initial challenge fee will be added to that reward or credited to you.
To request a withdrawal, you must reach a minimum profit of $100.
The initial fee credit only applies after becoming a Funded Trader and claiming your first reward.
Partial credit after upgrading
If you upgrade from a smaller account to a larger one, only the additional amount paid for the upgrade is creditable after claiming your first reward. The original payment for the smaller account is not eligible for credit.
Credit for Pro Challenges
Pro Challenges fees are not eligible to be added to or credited after you claim your first reward from a funded Pro account type.
No refunds after a failed challenge
If you fail the challenge at any stage, no refund will be provided.
Refunds for mistaken purchases
If you purchased a Funded Account Challenge by mistake and have not placed any trades, you are eligible for a full refund if you request it within 14 days of the purchase date.
Refunds under this condition are only issued if no trades were made.
To request the refund, contact support through the “Submit a Ticket” function and include your account and purchase details.
Refund or credit not received?
If you’re eligible for a refund or a credit and haven’t received it within 7 days, reach out to the support team via the ticket system so they can assist.
