Do Funded Traders sign a contract?

Before your account is funded

When you purchase a Funded Account Challenge, you enter into a consumer relationship with FunderPro solely for the purpose of participating in the challenge and in accordance with FunderPro’s Terms and Conditions.

After successfully completing the challenge

If, and only if, you successfully complete the challenge and satisfy all applicable requirements, FunderPro may, at its sole discretion, offer you the opportunity to provide trading-related services to FunderPro on a non-exclusive, independent contractor basis.

Any such arrangement is not an employment relationship, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship, and is subject to the execution of a separate written contractor Agreement.

The Contractor Agreement governs all applicable terms, including (without limitation) performance criteria, account usage rules, and reward conditions. Until a Contractor Agreement is executed, no contractual, commercial, or service relationship exists beyond the consumer relationship applicable to the challenge.
