Can I have a fee refund?
If you successfully pass all phases of the Funded Account Challenge and are offered a FunderPro Funded Account, you will receive a full refund of your initial challenge payment with your first withdrawal request, which can be requested once you accumulate a minimum of $50.
In cases where you upgrade your account from a smaller account to a larger one, only the additional amount paid for the upgrade is eligible for a refund. The initial payment for the smaller account is non-refundable.
The fee/price refund is not applicable if you fail the challenge at any stage.
Once you pass all the Challenge phases and become a FunderPro Funded Trader you will receive a full price/fee refund with your first withdrawal request. You need to accumulate a minimum of $50 to request a payout.

Can I have a refund if I purchased the challenge by mistake?
We offer refunds if you mistakenly purchased a Funded Account Challenge and have not initiated trading on it within 14 days, you qualify for a 100% refund. This refund is applicable only if you have not traded on your active account.

You will receive a full-price/fee refund within 14 days from your initial refund request.
