How can I check the status of my transaction?

Check your dashboard’s transaction history to see real-time payment statuses.

Checking transaction status

To check the status of your payment:

  1. Log in to your dashboard

  2. Navigate to the Billing History or Transaction History section

You’ll see each payment listed with a status. Here’s what they mean:

  • Waiting – The payment was started but not completed yet

  • Expired – The payment window expired; the transaction is void. Make sure no funds were deducted

  • Completed – The payment was successful

  • Rejected – The transaction failed; you should receive an email explaining the reason
