Checking transaction status
To check the status of your payment:
Log in to your dashboard
Navigate to the Billing History or Transaction History section
You’ll see each payment listed with a status. Here’s what they mean:
Waiting – The payment was started but not completed yet
Expired – The payment window expired; the transaction is void. Make sure no funds were deducted
Completed – The payment was successful
Rejected – The transaction failed; you should receive an email explaining the reason
If you’re unsure about a specific transaction, contact support via live chat or submit a ticket with your payment reference.
