You can open or close positions, and hold trades over the weekend only if your Challenge or Funded Account includes the Swing Add-On.
This option is available during purchase and, if selected, allows you to keep positions open beyond the Friday market close — including crypto positions.
Without the Swing Add-On, you are responsible for closing all trades, including crypto, by Friday at 16:30 EST. While our system will usually attempt to close any trades left open at that time, it may not always succeed, so the responsibility remains entirely yours.
Leaving any trades — even crypto — open over the weekend without the Swing Add-On is a violation and will result in failing the challenge.
This policy is in place to protect your account from unpredictable market movements that can cause significant losses.
