Where can I find my trading platform login credentials?
Once you purchase a Funded Account Challenge, your platform credentials will be sent to you via email. These details include:
Login ID
Trading server
Password
Make sure to check your inbox (and spam/promotions folders) after purchase.
Important note:
If your challenge is a two-phase model, you'll receive new credentials via email once you successfully complete Phase 1 and move into Phase 2.
If you didn’t receive the email or need it resent, please contact support via live chat or submit a ticket.
